• Customer is student having swimming lesson with Coach during swimming lesson or the person who makes payment at https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim

• Coach is Jason 

• Lesson is  the swimming lesson paid by customer at https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim 

• Start Time of Lesson is the start time stated in  Swimming Lesson Table

• Swimming Equipment is any product paid by customer at  https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim

• Swimming lesson is the swimming lesson confirmed by customer and coach and stated at Swimming Lesson Table

• Swimming pool is the swimming pool stated in Swimming Lesson Table. It does not include the toilet area.

• Online swimming course is the online course or videos directly or indirectly accessed at https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim

• Paid Online Swimming Courses are the online swimming course paid at  https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim收費

• Adult is the person with 18  years old or above

• The Latest successful payment date is the last payment date for the paid online swimming course

• new customer is the customer has never paid for any course at  https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim before

Content

1.  Customer shall refer to the Swimming Lesson Table and confirm the Swimming lesson time  with Coach before making payment at https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim for lesson preservation. If Customer does not obey above procedures, the payment is not refundable and coach will not attend the swimming lesson. Remark: this point 1 remains valid and supersede below point 2.

2. If Customer cannot attend the swimming lesson because of illness,bad weather , virus outbreak or clubhouse policy, customer can request for payment refund or change of swimming lesson time. Otherwise, no payment is refundable.

3. After Swimming lesson begins, it is not refundable.

4. The swimming equipment paid by customer at https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim is not refundable.

5. Generally,customer will receive the swimming equipment within 3 weeks since last successful payment. It is customer own responsibility to provide correct postal address in PAYPAL or PAYME payment. If any incorrect postal address causes failure of swimming equipment delivery to customer, the swimming equipment is not refundable.

6. Once customer makes payment at  https://jasonlauswimming.wixsite.com/taswim, it means customer fully understand and agree with this disclaimer.

7. It is Customer responsibility to ensure his/her own health and status are suitable for swimming lesson or online swimming course. Customer with any disease such as heart disease affect him/her safety, coach is not responsible for that .Remark: this point 6 remains valid and supersedes below point 7.

8. Coach only ensure customer safety in swimming pool during swimming lesson

9. Customer(s) shall be responsible for his/her/their own safety for the online swimming course. Coach is not responsible for any loss,injury or drowning caused by the online swimming course directly or indirectly.

10. After customer paid for the Paid Online Swimming Courses, the account activation email will be sent to customer for opening Paid Online Swimming Courses access right within 24 hours. the access right is valid for 1 year since the latest successful payment date.

11. Paid Online swimming course(s) is/are not refundable

12. To ensure customer safety,Customers shall learn and watch the online swimming course from beginner grade 1st episode in sequence. Also,customer shall ensure he/she has master the skills from the  previous online learning course before goes to the next episode or swimming grade courses.

13. The online learning swimming course for adult  is only for adult.

14. The trial lesson is for the new customer only.

15. Each new customer can have one trial lesson only
